Delbert brings over a decade of Lean implementation experience to Bescorp. Prior to joining our team, he worked at Boeing for over 20 years. He served in a variety of positions, including Modification Mechanic, Mod Supervisor and Industrial Engineer. His formal Lean training includes attending Shingijutsu Kaizen and the Production Preparation Process (3P) seminar in Japan. Utilizing knowledge gained through lean training, he coached one of Boeing Wichita’s first successful lean projects. Delbert has assisted Saturn, Bobcat, Pratt & Whitney and other Boeing divisions on lean initiatives within their companies.

Delbert earned his Bachelor degree in 1990 and is American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certified.
