Dennis joined BESCORP after 20 years with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company where he led the implementation of Total Quality Management, World Class Manufacturing, and Lean Manufacturing across LM’s Aeronautic division. 

As a Product Line Supervisor and Manager on the F-16 assembly line he worked to effectively implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Six Sigma Quality improvement Programs to improve first pass yield, productivity, and on-time delivery performance.

As a Lockheed Martin Certified Master Blackbelt who has trained under some of the worlds most renowned experts in the field of continuous improvement, to include Shingijutsu US and Japan, Dennis has a thorough understanding of all aspects of the Toyota Production System. He possesses a unique ability to work at any level of an organization effectively.  He has led efforts that include Executive Coaching, policy development and deployment, and tactical execution through Value Stream Analysis and Kaizen.

Since joining BESCORP Dennis’ responsibilities have included developing his clients’ ability to improve operating results at the organization and value stream level, and developing a self sufficient Lean culture via the Fast Lean System™.  He has mentored Command and Executive Leadership at the Washington Navy Yard, the US Joint Strike Fighter Program , Lockheed Martin, and Progress Energy through Enterprise Planning Sessions, Value Stream Analysis, multi-team Rapid Improvement Events, A3 Projects, and Lean Assessments to accelerate the clients’ progress toward their stated objectives.
