Prior to joining BESCORP, all our people served in  General, Plant, or Product Manager positions with daily management responsibility for quality, cost, and delivery while leading  successful Lean implementation efforts at some of Americas most respected companies including Boeing, GE, Lockheed-Martin, and  Danaher. 

They received “hands-on” mentoring in the tools and techniques of Lean by the developers of the Toyota Production System at facilities in Japan. They have a wealth of practical “Know How” gained from many years guiding Lean implementation efforts at hundreds of companies around the world. Most are  Examiners for the North American Shingo Prize.
